Natural Stone Source
Quartz is an engineered stone. It is made up of 90-94% ground quartz combined with resin & polymers. Quartz is non-porous which requires no sealing, making it low maintenance. It is stain and scratch resistant yet, it is not heat resistant; so trivets must be used to minimize heat damage. Quartz is not recommended for outside use; it will discolor over time being exposed to the outside elements.
